Do not deliver what they promise, don't answer the phone or respond to emails

They called me to say that they had a buyer for a vehicle I had advertised in Auto Trader. Since I believed them, I was willing to pay them to send me a buyer. The buyer never called, and the salesperson never answered my calls or emails.

I waited for the 90 day period and then filed for a refund. I've been waiting for the cheque for 7 months now. The odd time that I do get someone on the phone, they give me a run-around. The last thing I was told was that they would cut my cheque on March 20.

I have not received it, and cannot get an answer. I leave a voice mail, and no one calls back, even though they say they'll call back in 24 hours.
This morning I emailed them, and it was undeliverable!
I checked the Better Business Bureau (a year too late) and their rating is an F.
