Kanza Farris was sadly hired to manage a promo for the Body Shop's new Total Energy line, Feb. 2009 in Downtown Toronto. She was not only late EVERY day, she was rude, smoking while ON the job, and made racial comments to the girls working with her.

Other horrible mistakes include:
*Forcing the girls to hand out material INSIDE Eaton Center without mall permission, even though they adviced her it was wrong

*Managed to have the girls get escorted out by mall security, making the Body Shop brand look trashy

*Would delivery or pick up the needed material late, and instead of helping to unload, would have the promo girls do the work

*Did not follow scheduled locations or times, instead called head office and blamed the girls in the promo

*Did not give the girls the breaks they were supose to get

*Did not pick up calls or return messages on time

*Did not fill out or sign timesheets

*Did not do final pick up which included promo uniforms that the client requested back, and left over samples

*Made racial comments, and acted racist towards the girls of Middle-Eastern backgrounds

*Wearing a branded bag even though it was made clear that no brandnames can be visible

The list could go on, but I can imagine you got the general picture. This is the second rip off report on Kanza Farris, and honestly one is too many.
