Fedelity Securities Inc
Scam BY Fidelity Securities Inc. Do Not Deposit Check or Send Them Any Money

Miscellaneous

Fidelity Securities Inc is a scam outfit. They send you a check to get you to deposit it, so you can pay the tax on a supposed lottery winnings. The lottery is a fake. The letter does not tell you who the tax paying agent is, but who ever it is, going to get your bank account number once the check is deposited and money made out to the tax agent, which you can only find out by calling the number mentioned in the letter with the check.

Do not deposit the check, do not call the number. The check may be real, it's hard to tell. I called the bank listed on the check, Union Bank of California. It's a real bank. The person I talked to said the account to the check is real, but would not tell me who it belonged or if there were any funds in the account. It had
Fidelity Securities Inc name and address on the check. Doesn't mean anything.
It could be Joe Blows account with Fidelity's name on it.

Report it to your local police or other authorities.
