I received a certified check for $4, 940. in the mail. I have never heard of these people or why they sent this to me. I called them as they asked but all the woman was asking is when are you depositing the check. I told her I just received it and can't deposit it until Monday. She sounded a little upset, had an accent

I called the bank I didn't get any information.

Please warn people not to go running to the bank with a certified check as I think they will get your bank account number.
