Sent a check in the amout of 2, 856 to cash and secret shop, Fraud

I recieved a check from Allied Marketing Solutions in the amount of 2, 865. I was instructed to deposit the check into my account and use some of the funds to secret shop00 is suppose to be my Employee pay, 120.00 is to be used for secret shopping. The rest I was instructed to moneygram back to a Ms. Ashley Smith. I admit I was naive but I had done secret shopping before and therefore had few reservations. I really hope these individuals are stopped! I had a gut feeling that told me to get online and research these Fakes! If there is anyone out there that knows someone that can help me I would really appreciate it.
