WATCH OUT-THOUGHT I HAD MONEY

Received notice on Oct. 15, 2008 that i had won 39, 000 dollars. Received a check for 3, 900.00. bank had no address so was scary. called the number and it said to leave a message but message box was full. thats when i looked online and found out it was a rip-off. Beware
