I received this letter stating that I had been one of the third category winners of "The Mega Millions Draw" held on September 15, 2007.
They reported I was entitled to the sum of $250, 000 payable to you by bank draft, or certified cheque and will be delivered to you by special courier company.
Enclosed was a check of US $4, 450.00 which was deducted from my winnings. The purpose of this cheque is to pay for the Tax Clearance Fee. To a Tax agent named Gerald Johnson. Tax amount $3, 400.00.
