London hydro consumer rip off

London hydro rip off caught red handed when they estimated previous tenent bill to new tenent account with out taking the new tenent meter reading and repeatedly lie that meter reader came and took actual, reading .now they don't have answer for new tenent. when i caught them back in march red handed and put the rip off amount still on the bill.

I want consume alert on these scams. when you move in ask your hydro company rep come in person in front of you and both parties will note the right reading. i hope this report helps all consumers.
