I received a check in the amount of 4890.00 stating I had won $250, 000. I did a little research and here I am. I'm pissed!!!

I received a check in the amount of 4890.00 stating I had won $250, 000. I did a little research and here I am. I tried to call the number but I could never get through. I don't know what can be done about this but it is very upsetting when you get a check for this amount and you think it's really true and you know you need this money because you're struggling to pay your bills. I'm pissed!!!
