Ripe me off i cash the check montreal

I had cash the check at the check cashing place and they cash it and when i call the company they send there not going to clear the check so than i new it was a bad check .i had fax over everything they had asked for and send the money to them. i didn't no until it was to late. now i need to find a lawery and try to fight it and i don't have 4, 000 dollar to cover what the place lost. she only cshed it because she new my mom. that has nothing to do with me, but that some thing differ the company is no good. i do survey all the time and didn't no about this now i no.
