I received the same letter from Nocturne Financial Inc. as others I've seen on canada-complaints.com. They sent a check for $4900 and said it's to cover the $3900 they want me to wire them to pay the taxes on the $100, 000 I won. I contacted the bank in Illinois (the bank is real) to see if they knew about this - they said they have an investigation underway. This is a scam people - don't ever wire money to anybody you don't know!
