Trying to get me to cash this fraud check!!

Well i had received this check in the mail from this company stating that i had won 38, 000 dollars. Well i did the smart thing and called the Bank on the check that was sent too me. They had asked me some questions about the check and told me to send them a copy of it and the letter. So please anybody who can help the victims and stop this crime we would greatly appreciate it. i know that i played my cards right from depositing the check but it still is not right for this to be happening. I will be willing to talk to anybody about this. So please help us.
