Product is not as advertised, locked up computer after downloading Toronto On

Down loading product was very difficult. After loaded product was not as advertised. The channels did not include anything as advertised.

Most channels would not open. The picture was about 2 inches and when enlarged could not see.

I closed the program and it locked up my computer. I could not access the internet or yahoo. I had to turn off the computer and go into the safe mode and do a restore to get it working again.
