Award Winning Notification letter recived dated Dec. 05, 07 with a check for 3, 150 to cover fees. It states I have won 46, 500 in the North American Utilities draw held on Monday Sept. 24, 07. It says to call Mrs. Anita Miller at 1-226-200-0343 to assist in finalizing the payment process. The prefix 226 does not show anywhere in the phone book. I believe this is out of Canada. You do not reach a person at that number, it asks you to leave a message.
