All I have to say is that this Santa Lucia Security S.A. company is a scam asking for $615, 810. The contact person was Don Martin (supposedly, as it is different for everyone who received this mail). I called up this guy and checked out to see what he had to say even though I knew from the very start it was all a fraud. I asked him to explain how I won the money and he couldn't even explain it right and it was a pretty quick explanation with an Indian accent (they said this was in SPAIN?!). He wasn't even excited at all for me that I had won... yupz... don't fall for it..Good thing I checked out the web and found this consumer complaints website..
