Since he graduated from university and gain employment as a teacher in different grades, this individual have abused his status and confidance given to him by the kuneneburg school board.

he sexualy assaulted his foster female child, of 8 years and continued until she was 16 and left that house. Never reported but child have mental problems in her adult life.

In 1984 a sudent from chester junior hight was involved sexualy with this individual, and was reported by other students, nothing ever happen, this can be verified by records, then he moved one of the bridgewater high schools, and continued with his sexual escapades at least a new child every 2 to 3 years numerous repots of his behaivor where file and never followed, this individual persisted on haveing a group of girls (following in"love") hovering around him all the time (this group of every changing FEMALES underage will go to "school trips" with him as the only Chaperon.

He has the power of lieing and to make people belive he is a saint, when he retaired, he still organize some events with female students ONLY, all this has been reported to the minoister of education and guess what nothing has been done, in the past few years, this person has been working with the departament of education, to bring foreing students to nova scotia, he had trips all around the world over 4 years pay by the school board and he onlyrecrouted one student, during this time he set up a private consulting company to recrut students, (school was paying a salary all this time), the company has brought in the last year he worked for the board 12 students.

He orginize (sorry makes people belived he orginize everything he gets his hands on there are a lot people who do not know him cleaning his mess) few trips to Italy, he try to have sex with one of his charges, even when his 2nd wife was part of the group, The person reported this to the university whom orginize the trip and guess nothing happend they told the girl that he was an honorable member of the comunity,

As a head of departament he decied who is hire under his departament, and recomend people for other positions.
