Wrost customer service, Rust item

Ordered online for 3 items. After receiving discovered all items not exactly are shown in their website and look likes very cheap and lower qualities. One of the item was totally covered with rust which is not only hazard to carry but also dangerous. I have been contacted 4 times with them about rust covered items but nobody from security wizard kind enough to reply my complaint.

AVOID SECURITY WIZARD. THEY ARE FAKE AND BIG SCAM-ER!!
