Steinbach MB Pizza Hut

Hello, my name is Robin Kornelsen, i worked at pizza Hut in Steinbach Manitoba for just under a year (11 months). I choose a different career in June 2011. It is time now to collect my T4 form the restaurant, and i have still not received it in the mail. I am complaining because i should have gotten it already. The manager there is very UN-educated in managing and talks behind the employees backs to other employees, and it discusses me and there for i am just disgusted with Steinbach Pizza Hut.

Now all im asking for is to have my T4 mailed to my address.
