Stole my items!

I had used ThSale.com previously for World of Warcraft gold, and they were reliable. This led me to believe that they are reliable for powerleveling as well. I was wrong.

I purchased a powerleveling service to level 40. They started immediately, even though I asked them to start 2 days later. That was fine. They finished the service 3 days later and I immediately changed as much of my account information as I could.

A couple days later I realized that most of my items were gone. Much of the items I had were very rare gems and metals, very hard to acquire and worth a lot of gold on the servers. They were ALL gone. I'm talking at least 500gold in items.

I contact ThSale.com and tell them of the problem. They told me to contact Blizzard and ask them for the items back. I told him that this was a ridiculous course of action, since my reasons would be rejected by them. What am I supposed to say "I gave away my account information to someone and he stole my stuff"?? Or maybe "Someone hacked my account and he stole all my stuff... but not my gold".

The salesperson told me that there was nothing they could do and kept repeating that I should contact Blizzard like a broken record. Most of the time he didn't understand what I was saying, and I barely understood him.

I was furious. Sure, it is just a game, but this stuff takes a long bloody time to farm, and I needed those items... but they are all gone now.

STAY AWAY FROM ThSale.com. They will steal your items and tell you to go screw yourself.
