Problem with internet & phone

Hello i m customer of primus since 21 of june 2010. whatever they promise when thel sell thier services i never got it.1st my internet service shuts down about 4 to 5 times what i see when i awake.since day one i have this problem italk on the phone with customer service problem not solved.recently my phone service does not works i can use only outgoing. but do not try to call customer service because no body going to listen your complaints. so please try some other companies good luck for primus canada customers have a service but there is no service.i m so frustrated i don't want to call for service because you have to wait on phone hours and hours. if you have a lot time so donot worry u can spend lot time with primus canada
