SCAM!

I ordered a dress from prom gown dress in late March. It arrived fairly quickly but the measurements and the color of the dress were wrong! It took me almost a MONTH arging back and forth with them for them to finally let me send it back and get a refund even though it clearly says in their return policy that if it's the wrong size or color then they will accept the return. Now that I have retured the dress, they've had it for over a MONTH and i STILL haven't gotten a refund for it! and now they are ignoring my emails asking about where my money is!
