After payment received my account suspended

I registered with [URL Removed] they took the money from my bank account for registering a domain name & hosting etc = about R700. I received 2 e-mails from them dated Fri 4 Oct: 3:47pm to verify my account & then only 3 hrs later at 6:54pm my account has been suspended without a reason. The confirmation requires a copy of my id/drivers licence & a copy of my credit card. I phoned my bank's division & they confirmed that this is NOT legit. I have requested a refund as I have no access to my account on Pacifichost. I will not provide copies of my id & bank card due to the risk of. My posts get removed from Pacifichost Facebook account & my e-mails are ignored. A refund is expected since I have no access to my account that was paid for [URL Removed]
