What a rip off, they take payment but do not deliver. CANADA

I ordered the james bond box set and had it shiped to a friend, They took payment and said it would show on your statement under TDC Electronics, They did not deliver and I have not recieved it and each time I e-mail them there is no reply and there is no phone number, surely this s ilegal and there should be ways to bring this site down before they steal from anyone else.
