David Hyde -- Who resides in Canada - contact Indian designers first & then asks for a website to be designed, he works out a deal first with the designers for specific sets of requirements & then pay out in stages.
Once his website or his work is done, he adds on to the requirements like anything & when designers ask for extra, he denies paying additional payment for additional work and on top of that threatens the designers that he will dispute & start spreading bad words about them..
He has done the same thing to one of the designer in India -- he is posting bad about Rupal - https://mumbai.craigslist.co.in/cps/2352647756.html
He harrass designers by calling them using different numbers & giving out foul words & death threats... He is a threat to the online industry, plz get this guy convicted ASAP.
