EBAY FRAUD. Buyer switched mothermAboard and then claimed it did not work

Apparently I have become the latest victim to Matthew R. Swoboda scams. Matthew R .Swoboda purchased a working motherboard off of me through my Ebay sales. It was purchased in February 2009 and paid through paypal. The motherboard was tested in house by our technicians and was sent out the next day. Matthew R.Swoboda opened a paypal dispute the same day he received the board claiming it did not work. We tried contacting Matthew R.Swoboda to see what the problem was but he would not respond to our calls or emails. We offered him a full refund if he returned the board to us. Apparently even paypal had difficulties trying to contact him.

The day the dispute was to be closed by paypal in our favour, we received back a parcel from Matthew R.Swoboda. Well surprise surprise, we received a different motherboard than the one we sent. We record all serial numbers of motherboards being sent out and it did not match. We clean all our boards before we shipped and the technician said he had never seen such a filthy board.

Matthew R.Swoboda has been scamming people for years and as proof I am attaching a couple of links to show what kind of person he is. Matthew R.Swoboda also is an Ebay seller of auto parts and based on his past I wouldn't be surprised that he is selling stolen goods.(user id: shiftautosales)

At this point I am not to concerned if I win this case or not but I will make sure to expose this guy as much as I can. I have made a police report against him and also notified Ebay, Paypal, Kijiji and Craigs list about his scams and his past. Beware of any doings with this person.
