Sent me a fake bill, threatened to sue me if I didnt pay it, was very rude and insulted me

Integrated Canadian Publishers signed me up themselves, sent me a bill and demanded that I pay it.

Integrated Canadian Publishers signed me up to advertise my company in another province. The man on the phone from Integrated Canadian Publishers was very demanding and insulted me numerous times calling me cheap for not wanting to pay for an online ad that was useless to me.

Integrated Canadian Publishers went on insulting me and being rude, then he hung up on me, but not before saying he was going to get his money and that I should just wait and see! I dont live in the province that the directory is for.

The man was threatening and rude, and said he would sue me if I did not pay for the ad that I NOT ask for. He said that I am cheap for not paying for this ad that would be useless to me and my company.

I am afraid that this person from Integrated Canadian Publishers will try to destroy my small family business if I dont pay for this useless ad. He wants hundreds of dollars please help me.
