247-HOST Is more like 1hr whenever they are there A JOKE

I have been trying to contact this company going on a week now. My website has been down and I have gotten NO satisfaction. I finally got an answer and they stated that they had moved their offices, and this was why noone could help. Is this my problem? They should have had a service do this for them so they could take care of business. I did also finally call their number (you have to hit sales to get an answer) and I was told that because I was only paying for a lesser host plan that I wasn't entitled to good service... HMMM... does this mean if I decide to buy a Ford Escort instead of the Lincoln TownCar I dont get good service. Maybe in Canada it does... Take heed all... unless you want to spend your hard earned $$$, this is one I would stay away from...
