Bought XpMedic to fix my slow computer for 34.95. Did not work for me. Sent numerous emails to Paul Trembly, manager. Twice since Sept 2007 he requested my info for a refund, but have never received it to this day. Have never been so dissatisfied with a company. Their emails claim that customer business is important to them, but apparently not, if the product doesn't work for you.
