Ripoff doubleshipped and billed product will not answer messages MOVES

The 2 addresses that I gave above are the same company and website. You put a "ripoff" report right under their add on Google so they had to move.
They are now at the second address I have noted... the web site is exactly the same. This time they did not show up in the main body of Google but on the listings on the side.
