This company, called Monarch Media Group, posses as an American company, Located at 3665 Dove Road Port Huron, MI 48060, but is actually hiding they are located at 5050 Pare Street, Montreal Canada H4P 1P3, Suite 280. The US address belongs to A N Deringer Inc, whom is a mailing distributor, they forward the mail to hide Monarch Medias Location.

The Scam:
Monarch Media uses fraudulent sales tactics to trick US based companies into thinking they are providing a 411 listing for the US, they will claim anything to get the person on the phone to accept, such as stating they are 411 information, the yellow pages, the white pages, the National Phone registry ect. They never record the initial sales call where the person is mis-lead. The call back to verify the order, and record that call only, these calls are stored internally on the companies hard drive and are edited. After the apparent sale they strong arm people and threaten collections as well as collection agencies, which are the same people at Monarch using false names, Lorna Mieszczyk also uses the alias Amy Mitchell.
