Dishonest use of legal materials, most feature work but not to the extent they should, exteremly hard to contact ripoff

Hello,
I'm posting this here because more people need to be aware of the diversive ways of marketbill.com or as they are called when you call them up Market Engines. Either way they hate to give a refund, as I found out just a few minutes ago. I asked for one and they said "I can switch you to this option." To which I responded "sure you can, and then I'll call you up and ask for my refund again." They gave me all of it back except for a $9.99 cancellation fee (this is still pending, I have to see in 5-10 days). Their sites are clearly fraudulent having no way to contact them you have to find this site

-if you go here you'll also notice no contact info, but there is a webmasters read here link. Click on it and it takes you to a separate page that offers you pirated software for $5, 000 on 5 DVDs. He even states their copies of the actual thing going on to state he has a supposed license and special copyright to sell this pirated software.

-This is a site that leads you after taking your money to the site (www.recordsmembersarea.com). Their stuff works... but barely. I looked for a map picture of Sony Industries warehouse here in CA. and nothing happened. Got an error page. Looked for a background check on a co-worker's ex wife and nothing happened. They say they search over 1 billion files for their info but the latest info I saw was from 1989, and there was only one entry from 2001, and it didn't even load.

Be wary and be smart. These people have their fingers in a lot of pies, be watchful.
