DESIGNERLOVE - MEDIA DIAL WILL NOT CANCEL ACCOUNT OR REFUND MY MONEY ripoff Halifax Nova Scotia

I'm tried to cancel my account and profile removed (before I'll be charged again) at www.designerlove.com but it's IMPOSSIBLE! I tried to do it through the website but it sodesn't work. I wrote them to cancel my account immediately but they did not reply to me. I was 4 days ago. I got yesterday an email from paypal, stating that the money was transferred to MEDIA DIAL COMMUNICATIONS INC. this company deals with the funds for designerlove.com
I'M BEING RIPPED OFF BIG TIME!!
