Ripoff, defunct 90 day 100% money back guarantee Hamilton

Purchased Secret Surfer software for 39.99 on 12/14/05 only because they advertised a 100% money back guarantee for 90 days.

As soon as I installed the software and saw that it did not work, I explored options to get my money refunded. They have no phone number or email listed on their site. The only contact is available through their website which they have not replied after several attempts.

Total ripoff!!!
