Ripoff Imran Rajwani dishonest breach our agreement bad refund procedure

I probably get ripped off, but not very sure. Here is my story

I deal with one Apple iPod Wholesaler, details as follows

He gave me a quote for iPod Mini 4G is US$95 each US$8 shipping charge each and MOQ is 7 pcs and he asked me to mail him a cashiers check or money order.

However, I am a Hong Kong people. For Hong Kong money order to Canada, it takes around 1 month to clear because I want iPod for sell urgently in Christmas, so I asked him to pay by Western Union. He said its okay but MOQ is 15 pcs if I pay by Western Union.

Two days later, I send him a reply that I dont have enough cash to order 15 pcs iPod, I can only pay for 7 pcs. Then, he replied me that he could do 7 pcs for me for exception and urge me to pay US$721 to him immediately.

On 30 November, I send out money US$721 to him by Western Union. After he picked up my money, he sent me an email that he cant process my shipping order because his boss gave me a lecture that MOQ must above 15 pcs.

So I tell him that you promise me you could do me 7 pcs for exception, thats no way to breach our agreement after received my money. I asked him either ship me 7 pcs iPod or get me a refund. His reply claim that he could refund my money back by cheque but it takes 3 months.

Honestly to say, I dont expect he will refund to me, he just want to waste my time or prolong the time that he could move to another place or change all his contact or whatsoever.

Luckily, its only US$721. I dont expect I can claim my money back. I posted in here that want to all people to pay attention to this company.

Anyone knows where could I post my consumer complaints other than this site?
