A bit dishonest Hard to find info on them AM not paying for their subscripition due to their BBB report

I hope this helps anyone trying to find out as much info as possible on this company. On their website it states they are registered with the bbb although they don't provide the report which was a little hard to find. So I am posting it for all the people that cannot find it.
