Abusive and dishonorable reps

All was fine for years until a new contract was arranged with a higher service. First I send the old modem back then I'm charged for 3 months after it's returned. Next I'm told that the first month is free then 19.95 for 6 months then 24.95 for remanding 6 months, first bill not free secound bill adjusts then wham chaos 2 modems burn in a row so fight for a while getting credits for the returns bills hit $250 avg with just basic phone NO long distance. I only saw 1 bill for 19.95 they ranged from50cent to 76.21 per month just for internet not phone. A supervisor calls me up wranting and screaming that I don't have a contract and never did and If I wanted one I'd have to pick one and lock it in immediatly, I disagreed strongly with the nutty supervisor, the next day a rep saya I do have a contract and a discussion of how angry and fead up with the abusive behaviour of the supervisor leeds to I can cancell the contract if I want with NO penalty so I do, disconected April 17/08. Now today May 22/08 I get an additional charge of 76.21 for internet, so I call a rep to ask what the charge is, he won't tell me then theatens that I have a contract and that I owe $200, calls my wife and I liers and persists that telus would never let me out of a contract without a fee. long story short I hit the roof suggested take me to court and hung up for the2nd time today with the impression that telus employs scum in general not all but a large percentage and there seems to be no way of dealing with the scum as far as accountability.
