Pay for STD and LTD benefits but company does not respond. When contacting them you get vmail with an option to press zero and have call redirected. Call does not redirect. How is one to communicate especially on an urgent matter. When company has made mistakes they make threats to have you correct their mistake. Customer service very poor.
