Non- shipment of paid product

On January 24, 2011, i placed an order with canadameds0nline.net. On January 26, 2011 I received an order confirmation that my order had been received. my order id: C43-4471975. in this confirmation letter i was also given a support phone number of 1-210-775-2444 (this number is perpetually busy) $244.44 Can ($238.97 US) was paid by Visa on January 24, 2011. To date this order has not been received. I have tried to contact the company using the support phone number provided to no avail. your assistance in resolving this matter would be appreciated.
