Didn't get my orde

I'm not sure where this company is are they REAL because I have emailed them about an order I sent in and they never get back to me it has been well over a month and I haven't got anything. They say when you put your order in you will get an email confirming it I never got nothing all they did was take my money $43.00 There is no number to call can you help me?
