Striaex/Nuance Aromatherapy
Although they tell you to return items to them, I know for a fact they don't accept returns!

This report is adding evidence to what people have reported about this company... they are a scam and stealing people's money.

Nuance Aromatherapy/Striaex is actually a client of the company I work for, and I know for a fact that they do not accept returns of any product whatsoever, all returns are refused by them and eventually abandoned by the shipping company.

So even though they tell you to return the product risk free or for a refund, they will always claim they never got it back because they always refuse any returns, and proceed to bill you for it.

Stay far, far away from this company.
