I have canceled my order three times and i am still being charged the second time thay pretended to not be able to hear me!

I tried a free trial knowing it would cost me $4.95 i got my free samples in 1 week. tried them thay made me ill to my stomach. But i tried them once more to make sure and i got bad cramps so i called the company and canceled the order that was within ten days. A few days after i canceled i noticed a charge on my bank account so i called them right up this girl took my name and address and when i told her why i was calling she said i need to transfer your call to my manager. I thought now i, m getting some where the woman got on the line told me she was a manager and asked me my name again i told her. she said hello clear as a bell i told her my name again. she said i cant hear you. i hollered into the phone. i heard her say did you hang up? and im hollering no im still here.she says we must have a bad connection and i could try to call back latter! thats when i knew i was in trouble since then thay have charged my account again and two of their affiliates have charged my account also its one big scam so now i have called two other companys to cancel something i never ordered in the first place.and im still trying to cancel the actual company order that i canceled twice allready so needless to say the pills that made me sick are causing me much more pain than the stomach cramps i, ve allready indured because thay are never open when i call i sent e-mail with no responce .and i can, t reach a live help line thay say is open 24/7 i, m at my wits end. there autta be a law. joe, Auburn, maine
