Very poor customer service, don't order online from them, if they make a mistake, they don't correct it

I ordered product from this store online. it was liquid supplement in glass bottles. they did not pack it properly causing one of the bottles to break and spill all over the inside box and other bottles.

when I asked for a replacement bottle sent, they said 'why did you order so many anyhow', as if their faulty packing was my fault for ordering more than one.

they would not send a replacement unless I sent them back the broken bottle. which costs me in shipping charges. making it pretty much not worth my while to do, since the shipping for a bottle back to them would be almost what it costs. either way the customer loses, if you send it back or not.

this isn't a company to order anything from unless you are willing to lose money for their errors.
