MADAMOISELLE FITNESS SPA
EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT STAFF Missississauga

I went to register at the Madamoiselle Health and Fitness Spa and because I did not want to sign a membership, they let me use pay as you go monthly fee. Afterward I was told that in order for me to work out I had to commit to a personal trainer. When I signed, I agreed that they would withdrawal $37.00 once a month for 12 months.

I gave them all the banking information that I was required to give and of course they withdrew my first cheque and then they didn't withdrawl money for a few months.

Instead of noticing me immediately that they ran into problem withdrawl my money these b******es decided to have Head Office sent me a letter stating that I owe them an outstanding balance of $245.00 for the personal trainer. Threatening to send my account to the collection agency, and tarnish my credit rating.

When I phoned the so called manager Carla D'Angelo a ditzy receptionist answered and the same song and dance that Carla was with a Client or at the meeting and they had me on hold for 20 minutes I had to call back and finally I yelled to get that b***h on the phone.

When that ditzy Carla got on the phone she told me that she called the office and that they didn't have the proper banking information, when I asked her to read about the banking information I provided she read it and it was all correct. NOT A FLAW. I tried to negotiate to no avail, and they told me that I had to come up with the money or else.

I told them that I will pass by to pay on my credit and when I got there the amount turned our from $245.00 to 445.00. I told them that I will pay for all of it, and I had them sign receipt that I paid and that I won't have see their ugly faces again.

This goes to show how incompetent all of the staff are, and I really hope they will get what they deserve!

Remember DO NOT COMMIT TO ANY FITNESS CLUBS WHATSOEVER THEY ARE ALL A FRAUDS. Any company that asks you to sign a contract WALK AWAY, I MEAN RUN!
