Zymax Vitamin Refund Ripoff

I received the newletter regarding the Zymax vitamins. Instead of doing research about the company, I went ahead and called and placed my order. The order cost me about $86. I was also told that I would get a brochure regarding the vitamins. I did not.

Curious, I went on line and typed in "Zymax". I was disgusted to see the headlines regardin Denman Scientific Research. I was even more shocked when I read a statement from a consumer saying to research this company through the Better Business Bureau. My goodness. I was sick. I sent them a nice letter along with the vitamins and a copy of the notice posted by the BBB Canada and requested a full refund of my money. Their policy is "No questions Asked".

Today is Thurs. 11/15. I returned the package on October 19, 2001. I paid postage of $17. They received my package. I called the post office tracking system and they received my package on Nov. 1, 2001 @ 2:18 pm. I still haven't received a refund or any type of notice. I will be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. I sure hope they come through.
