Armin Hedayat, The office general manager presents himself as MBA, however he has no valid degree of completion. Also, when patients/reps walk in to the office and Ask to meet the dentist, he introduces himself as "almost the dentist"!!!

Armin Hedayat scams patients distributing Patient Referral Cards that encourage patients to refer people to the office with incentives. The card indicates a free power toothbrush at a value of $150-$200 whereas the

actual retail price of the Oral-B Vitality power brush given to patients is about $16-$20 only!

He also continues on hiring new employees, there is a new employee every 3-6 days, each employee does not last more than a few days up to a few weeks.

At North Hill Dental, there is no set rule or policy, policies are created as the manager goes, and depending on whether he likes/knows the patient or not.
