That is absoloutelty wrong! and a downright lie!! I.P.L provides safe and painless treatment for hair removal with long term positive results more so than lasers!! This company will no doubt have many legal problems for false advertizing. I have used I.Pl. L for hair removal for our bclients for the past 10 years with great results, where my client have had PERMENANT hair removal reduction with my I.P.L. technology
