Tynanol cold and sinus

Hi Sir / Madam

This is just to inform you that we have bought a Tynanol cold and sinus tablets from shoppers drug mart and it was one year expiry in date. and when we have notice we couldnt take that n went back to the store to return, there we had talk with supervisor named Meagan, and she said u can take your money back, and added " atleast you are getting your money back"... i didnt understand "why people dont care about others life, as the whole lot was expiry and noone knows that...!! quite strange..!!

The way she said as if she is doing a great favour to returning our money back, ..!! we Paid extra money and got new cough syrup..!

i would appericiate if Shopper drug mart management alert their employees for such actions. It is a question of people's life..as people have blind faith on drug mart.

and i would recommend all of you that kindly check the date always before buying any product.
