Bogus software

My whole experience with the above company started 10/7/09 when I was looking online for an anti-virus program to replace to one from my ISP Here I find Paretologic supposidly based in Victoria B.C. They had an offer to get There Anti-Virus Plus software and as a bonus if you placed your order now, they would also include some Privacy Controls software for the same price, 52.44U.S.D to be exact. I read on and saw the safe cart payment option that made me feel more comfortable so I clicked (order Now) That was the beginning of my nightmare. When I tried to regester the products The License Keys were invalid. The next morning I sent the company and e-mail explaining that I wasunable to register the software. Later that day I recieved an e-mail back from thhem saying the license keys were computer generated and in that same e-mail I was provided new ones of course these were also invalid. It was then I relized I had been dopped! From that point on e-mails were exchanged back and forth but never solving the problems I was having. Too make storey short I removed all there software yesterday from my computer after, I sent them a final e-mail saying that after removing there partial software I now have registry problems with my computer and dep problems. I, m not to the bottom of this yet. This morning I recieved a safe cart message saying my crdit card will be reembursed for the amount. But they also owe me for other software that I am now going after. I suggest to anyone who reads this message to go to Rip Off Report.com. where you will find more complaints aboutPareto there is a probable cass action suite that will take place.
