Our company was looking for a product to display or remove passwords stored in BIOS because users entering passwords either forget or refuse to disclose them. After some research, we ordered the BIOS/CMOS Password Recovery Tool at https://www.biospasswordrecovery.com thinking it was a legit company. We've sent more than one email concerning questions we had about the order and we have not received any answers yet. Furthermore, we could not download the software we bought the link provided points to an unrelated image file called "Windows_Password_Killer.iso". I immediately did a search on google and it turned out that for the past two years (at least) many people complains about the main companies that are behind this product (Swreg, Cardquery and Digital River).

Please check: https://shameboard.ca/complaints/swreg-inc-c47370.html? sort=datea&page=1 and also: https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search? q=cache:74HdNh5L42kJ: www.

Now my question is: How come these companies have not been shut down yet?
