Bad service

After purchasing a chair and console from Structube, I went back a week later to pick up the items. When they brought the two items out, instead of the console I ordered, there was a desk. Somehow, someway, it was my fault!!! I then asked that they order the console and deliver to my condo without charge, not only do they refuse, but they were rude, dismissive, and it is obvious that they just don't care. I wrote the district manager Scott Christy and he gave me the same response. Basically, go fly a kite, don't bother us and we just don't care. Not to mention that they won't even help you bring things to your car - against policy. I asked for the head office number so I could place my complaint, their answer: We can't, against policy. When I came home, went on the net and saw all the bad reviews, I felt like a fool for having purchased from that store. Byers beware.
